3. Document that usually need to certified. 

  • Copy of Passport: This is the basic document that you need to use for support for any application in aboard. Most likely, our client came to certified the True Copy of their passport.
  • Proof of Address: Normally, when you open bank account in oversea or set up business in oversea, the bank or the authority at aboard will need your exact address in Thailand to contact with you. In this case, you must provide the document shown your name and address to the Notary officer such as utility bill, credit card statement etc. Then the Notary will prepare letter certified you name and address.   • Signature: Any documents that you need to sign in Thailand, but you will courier to oversea for any business propose such as Power of Attorney, Loan & Mortgage Agreement etc. Most likely, they will ask you certified your signature from Notary Public. Because they need to make sure that it is the real signature of you. For this case, you must bring the document that you are going to sign along with your passport to our firm.

5. How long it takes?

We are going to take about 30 – 45 minutes for processing of Notary Stamp.

However, in case you need to certified translation of document, you need to prepare sometime for our translator to translate your documents as well.
